Findings

The topic was so broad and pain points endless. So, for this MVP, I decided to only tackle the communication problem, which it was a recurrent topic in my surveys and interviews.

I found out that users have communication problems regarding:

• Telling someone something they don’t like (feedback on cleaning, noisy behaviour..)

• Informing about plans that concern others’ (inviting people over…)

• Taking decisions together (cleaning rota, home rules…)
